No net terms for first time buyers, 

Minimum Purchase Order USD 500.00

HazMat fee for dangerous goods items is USD 350.00 to be added to the proforma invoice.

Accepted Payments: Credit Card/Wire Transfer only, ACH is not accepted.

Credit card fee 3.5%

*Returns and refunds Policy:

A re-stocking and/or cancellation fees of 25% total invoice will apply.

Non-cancellable/non-returnable items before shipment.

No returns without prior RMA authorization

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA issued by FA Aviation LLC.

No returns or refunds after 30 days from the date of invoice date.

Returned/cancelled Items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and all shipping charges.

Warranty: 30 days for parts “tested/inspected only” and 6 months/500 hours for parts SV/OH, from the date of delivery. MFG Warranty applied to all NE/FN condition.

In case of EXCHANGE, in addition to the above mentioned, the Customer undertakes to return the Core Unit in 30 calendar days (unless stated otherwise on quotation) from the date of delivery the Exchange Unit. After each period of 30 days, the same Exchange Fee will be applied in addition to all costs incurred to the Exchange Transaction, including full and final costs of the Core's re-certification, evaluation fees, scrap fees, all transportation costs, customs fees, applicable taxes, final shop evaluation charges, insurance fees and any other costs associated, related to the return of an airworthy Core to FA AVIATION LLC in the same condition as supplied, regardless of whether Customer returns the Exchange Unit used or unused, and in addition to the full Outright value charges, according to quotation.

The Core Unit must be same OEM's PN and will be re-certified back to the same or higher level of condition of the original Exchange Unit. Original Unit with the same S/N must be returned with a Non-Usage Statement.
